The actuator used to control the valve can accurately move the valve to any position. Although most actuators are used to switch valves, the design of today's actuators goes far beyond simple switching functions. They include position sensing devices, torque sensing devices, electrode protection devices, logic control devices, digital communication modules and PID control modules. These devices are all installed in a compact housing.

 

Because more and more factories have adopted automated control, manual operations have been replaced by machinery or automated equipment. People demand that the actuator can play the role of the interface between the control system and the valve mechanical movement, and the actuator is required to enhance work safety performance and environmental protection performance. The actuator is an essential part of the automatic control system. The motor has a large output torque and a built-in thermal protection switch for temperature control to avoid damage to the motor. The dryer is used to control the temperature, avoid condensation of moisture inside the actuator, and keep the internal electrical components dry.

 

The telescopic electric actuator should be stored in a clean, cool and dry area. The upper cover must be equipped with equipment and the connection terminals must be sealed, and the storage area must be elevated off the ground. After the actuator is delivered to the site, it must be operated carefully and accurately, away from risky things. Under normal circumstances, it takes 6 months for repair inspection. But if the operating environment of the actuator is worse than usual, it is recommended to increase the number of repairs.
